Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring you include the completed returns form found on the back of your delivery note.

Drop off your parcel at a local Evri ParcelShop for free, or arrange for a courier collection directly from your doorstep through our returns portal.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 7-10 working days.
